Vial Too Full. 21 mL Max. Allowed
Reason for Message
This message appears when the instrument detects the fluid level of the PreservCyt sample vial too
early.
Possible Causes
• Volume of PreservCyt sample vial is greater than 21 mL.
• System hardware malfunction.

See flowchart on next page.
If it is necessary to reduce the sample vial volume to be between 17 mL and 21 mL, save any excess
fluid in an appropriate container.
