2. Execute Compatible FlashCopy.
After Compatible FlashCopy is initiated, the status of the copy pairs in the DUPLEX status will
change to Pending. The copy pairs will return to the DUPLEX status when Compatible FlashCopy
ends.
3. Monitor the completion status of the copying process.
To monitor the completion status of Compatible FlashCopy, run a script that includes the
YKFCSTAT command.
During Compatible FlashCopy processing, copy pairs in the DUPLEX status will change to the
Pending status. The copy pairs will return to the DUPLEX status after the Compatible FlashCopy
process ends.
4. Resynchronize the copy pairs suspended in step 1.
After confirming the completion of Compatible FlashCopy, resynchronize the suspended copy
pairs.
