Removal
1 Remove the track and sprocket A (see Section J)
2 Disconnect and cap the motor feed hoses having
marked them for correct reconnection.
3 Disconnect and cap the motor drain hose and the
brake hose having marked them for correct
reconnection.
4 Loosen and remove all but one of the motor retaining
bolts B.
5 Support the motor C with a sling and hoist.
6 Remove the remaining bolt and lift the motor clear.
Replacement
Replacement is the reversal of the removal procedure.
Apply JCB Threadlocker & Sealer to motor mounting bolts
before fitting.
