Greasing
You must grease the machine regularly to keep it working
efficiently. Regular greasing will also lengthen the
machine's working life.
The machine must always be greased after pressure
washing or steam cleaning.
!MWARNING
Never walk or work under raised equipment unless it
is supported by a mechanical device. Equipment
which is supported only by a hydraulic device can
drop and injure you if the hydraulic system fails or if
the control is operated (even with the engine stopped).

!MWARNING
You could be killed or seriously injured if the loader
control is accidentally operated. Make sure that no-
one goes near the machine whilst you fit the safety
strut.

Greasing 10 Hours
Greasing should be done with a grease gun. Normally, two
strokes of the gun should be sufficient. Stop greasing when
fresh grease appears at the joint.
In the following illustrations, the grease points are
numbered. Count off the grease points as you grease each
one. Refit the dust caps after greasing.
Note: Some optional attachments may need greasing
more often. See Optional Attachments section.
Quickhitch Pivot Pins
Lower the loader arm as far as it will go. Tilt the Quickhitch
fully forward to facilitate access to the grease points.
Switch off the engine and ensure it cannot be started while
you are doing this job.
Total of 4 grease points.
