Track Construction
The structure of the rubber track consists of core bar H and
steel cord J encased in the rubber track K. The core bar
and steel cord give the track its internal strength and
ensure engagement of the sprocket whilst the rubber
provides flexibility. Compared to steel tracks, the
characteristics of the materials used for the rubber tracks
bring about significant improvements. They do not damage
paved and fragile surfaces, they offer more comfort to the
user and are quieter than steel tracks.
