4. Click [Add].
5. Enter:
• “Activity Code”: PM
• “Problem”: PM due
• “Cause”: N/A
• “Solution”: N/A
• “Parts”: part number and description of any part that was replaced
• “Notes”: any information about the PM
Note: This information will be reviewed by the Field Engineer at the start of
the next PM.
6. Click [Save].
7. To download the Service History to a file on the HARD DRIVE of your
LAPTOP COMPUTER, click [Download].
8. Store the file in a selected folder.
9. Do “Completing the PM”.
