Setting the Host Name and the IP Address
1. Obtain from the customer the Host Name, IP Address, Subnet, and
Gateway for the LASER IMAGER.
2. Select Configuration>System>Network.
3. Click [Modify].
IMPORTANT:
The Host Name is the network name for this IMAGER. It can be a maximum of
14 characters and a minimum of one. The first character must be a letter. Other
characters can be a letter, a number, or a -.
4. Type:
• Host Name
• IP Address
• Subnet Mask
• Default Gateway
5. Click [Save].
6. Continue with “Setting up Service Tracking”.
