Adjustments and Replacements
BELT, DRUM DRIVE
Prerequisites: Remove the “RIGHT PANEL”.
To Remove:
1. Remove:
• 2 SCREWS
• RIGID DUCT
2. Disengage the EXIT DRIVE BELT from the EXIT PULLEY.
3. Disconnect the CONNECTOR from the PROCESSOR CONTROL
BOARD.
4. Push down on the BELT TENSIONER.
5. Slide the DRUM DRIVE BELT off the DRUM PULLEY and over the
EXIT PULLEY.
To Install: 1. Reverse the steps in the removal procedure.
Note: The teeth on the BELT must mesh properly with the teeth on the
PULLEY. The longest span of the BELT should deflect a maximum of
1.27 cm (0.5 in.) when finger pressure is applied.
