Additional Service Procedures
Upgrading the FIRMWARE in the MICROCONTROLLERS
You must do this procedure when:
• the IMAGER is "ghosted" and there are changes for the
MICROCONTROLLERS
• you get error code 20-156
1. Log on to the SERVICE TOOL (see Installation Instructions, “Logging Onto
the SERVICE TOOL” on page 2-4).
2. Select Utilities>Diagnostics>Scripts.
3. Select "MicroUpdate_WithAutoRestart_ST.vbs" from the drop-down menu
next to "Script Name".
4. Click [Run].
NOTE: This procedure will update the MICROCONTROLLERS as necessary and
then will restart the IMAGER. Be patient, as this process could take
approximately 10 minutes.
