Adjustments and Replacements
To Adjust
1. Log on to the SERVICE TOOL (see Installation Instructions, “Logging
Onto the SERVICE TOOL” on page 2-4).
2. Select Configuration>Hardware>Processor Configuration.
3. In the "Temperature" field, enter the temperature measured by the
METER.
Note: The "Offset" field indicates the offset value between the Set Point field
and the Temperature field.
4. Click [Modify].
5. Allow approximately 10 minutes for the temperature of the PROCESSOR
DRUM to become stable.
6. Use the METER to check the temperature of the PROCESSOR DRUM
again. The temperature must be 123.5 - 124.5° C (254.3° - 256° F).
7. When the temperature is between 123.5 - 124.5° C (254.3° - 256° F),
close the "Processor Configuration" window.
8. Log off of the SERVICE TOOL (see Installation Instructions, “Logging
Off the SERVICE TOOL” on page 2-4).
