•NoPOSTerrorsaregeneratedwhentheserveristurnedon.
3.Makesurethatthecorrectserveriscontrollingthemonitor,ifapplicable.
4.Makesurethatdamagedserverfirmwareisnotaffectingthevideo.
5.ObservethecheckpointLEDsonthesystemboard;ifthecodesarechanging,

1.Makesurethat:
•Theapplicationprogramisnotsettingadisplaymodethatishigherthan
thecapabilityofthemonitor.
•Youinstalledthenecessarydevicedriversfortheapplication.
Themonitorhasscreen
jitter,orthescreenimageis
wavy,unreadable,rolling,or
distorted.
1.Ifthemonitorself-testsshowthatthemonitorisworkingcorrectly,consider
thelocationofthemonitor.Magneticfieldsaroundotherdevices(suchas
transformers,appliances,fluorescents,andothermonitors)cancausescreen
jitterorwavy,unreadable,rolling,ordistortedscreenimages.Ifthishappens,
turnoffthemonitor.
Attention:Movingacolormonitorwhileitisturnedonmightcausescreen
discoloration.
Movethedeviceandthemonitoratleast305mm(12in.)apart,andturnon
themonitor.
