5.1.1 Current Line
The printer allows you to configure up to a maximum of four production lines, so that each line can
have different name and settings. Touch the Current Line button to display the Line List screen in
‘selection’ mode.

Select and create lines
In ‘selection’ mode you can select the current line for the printer and create new lines. To select an
existing line, touch the name of the required line. The Line Settings screen is displayed with the
name of the line shown on the Current Line button.
To create a new line, touch the New button on the Line List screen, and then enter a name for the line
on the displayed text entry screen. Touch the OK button to return to the Line List screen. The new
line is displayed in the list of available lines. Line settings for the new line default to those of the
current selected line, but you can edit them, as described below.
Manage lines
Touch the Manage button to open the Line List screen in ‘manage’ mode, where you can copy,
rename, and delete lines.

To copy a line, select the required line and then touch the Copy button. Enter a name for the copied
line, and then touch the OK button. The copied line is added to the list of available lines.
To rename a line, select the required line, and then touch the Rename button. Enter a new name for
the line, and then touch the OK button. The renamed line is added to the list of available lines.
To delete a line, select the required line, and then touch the Delete button.
