5 Line and message settings
5.1 Basic line settings
The Line Settings screen allows you to create and manage production lines for the printer. A
production line is where messages are printed on products.
For information about advanced line settings, see ‘Advanced Line Settings’ on page 42.
On the Home screen, touch the Line Settings button to display the Line Settings screen.

If the Line Sensor option is selected (see ‘Line Sensor’ on page 41), the Line Settings screen appears
as shown in Figure 31.

The following options are available in the ‘Idle’ state and the ‘Jet Running’ state, but not in the
‘Printing’ state.
