8. Have both fuse holders been checked?
If YES, then proceed to Step 10.
If NO, then continue with Step 9.
9. Reinstall fuse if removed. Remove other fuse if installed and repeat this
procedure from Step 4 for other fuse holder.
10. Are fuses installed?
If YES, then proceed to Step 12.
If NO, then continue with Step 11.

NOTE:
The fuses on the G3 or G4 shelf User Panel are 5 amp fuses,
COMCODE 406203976. The fuses on the G1 shelf User Panel are 5
amp indicator type fuses, COMCODE 405697442.
Install –48 V DC fuses in User Panel fuse holders.
12. Is any fuse blown?
If YES, then continue with Step 13.
If NO, then proceed to Step 17.
13. Replace blown fuse.

14. Did fuse blow again?
If YES, then continue with Step 15.
If NO, then proceed to Step 17.
15. Trouble in User Panel or backplane connector. Refer trouble to the
organization that installed the shelf.
16. STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
17. Are PWRONAand B LEDs lighted?
If YES, then STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
If NO, then continue with Step 18.
18. Trouble in User Panel. Refer trouble to organization that installed the shelf.
19. STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
