[3] OVER HOIST DETECTOR
CAUTION
Pay attention to the distance between the hook and boom when raising the hook.
Extending the boom also raises the hook.
Always check the hook height when extending the boom.
When you overwind the hook when raising the hook or extending
the boom,
The Over-winding LED (red) flashes.
Where the hook raising or boom extending operation is attempt,
the warning beep sounds intermittently.
The hook raising and boom extending operation stop automati-
cally.
In case of auto stop, immediately perform the recovery operation.
Perform hook lowering and boom retracting operations as recovery
operations.
[4] THREE-WINDING STOP DEVICE
When you over un-wind the hook which causing the wire rope on
the winch drum to be in-sufficient.
The Over un-winding LED (red) flashes.
Where the hook lowering operation is attempted, the warning
beep sounds intermittently.
The hook lowering operation stops automatically.
In case of auto stop, immediately perform the recovery operation.
Perform hook raising for operations as recovery operations.
[5] NUMBER OF WIRES SELECTOR SWITCH
• Stop the crane operation when changing the number of wires rope falls by using the fall mode
selector switch.
Changing the number of wires during the crane operation can cause unexpected accidents.
Perform the crane operation always after matching the number of wires displayed on the
moment limiter and the actual number of wires. Mistaking the number of wires could cause
serious accidents.
The wire rope has the safe load per rope determined.
Determine the number of wires according to the maximum load to
be hoisted. The actual number of wires falls used and the number
of wires displayed on the moment limiter must match. With this
machine, the hook for four/two wire ropes is referred to as the
standard specification. The last status of the set number of wires is
memorized even if the starter switch is turned to the OFF position.
[6] BOOM LOWER LIMIT DETECTION
Where the boom length is 5.3 meters or more, boom lowering operation is automatically stopped to
prevent the boom angle being lower than horizontal.
