[LOOSENING TRACK TENSION]
It is extremely dangerous to release the grease by any method except the procedure given
below. If track tension is not relieved by this procedure, contact us or our sales service agency
for repairs.
1. Loosen plug (1) gradually to release the grease.
When loosening plug (1), turn it a maximum of one turn.
NOTES
If the grease does not come out smoothly, move the machine
forwards and backwards a short distance.
2. Tighten plug (1).
3. To check that the track tension is correct, run the engine at low
idle, move the machine forward a distance equal to the length of
track on ground, then stop the machine.
4. Check the track tension again, and if the tension is not correct,
adjust it again.
[7] CHECKING WINDOW WASHER FLUID LEVEL, ADDING FLUID
If there is air in the window washer fluid, check the level of the fluid
in window washer tank (1). Add automobile window washer fluid if
necessary.
NOTES
When adding fluid, be careful not to let any dust get in.
[MIXTURE RATIO OF PURE WASHER FLUID AND WATER]
The proportion differs according to the ambient temperature, so dilute the washer fluid with water to the
following proportion before adding.

Washer fluid 1/3: Water 2/3
-10 degrees C
Winter in cold area
Washer fluid 1/2: Water 1/2
-20 degrees C
Winter in extremely cold area
Pure washer fluid
-30 degrees C
There are two types depending on the freezing temperature:
-10 degrees C (general use) and -30 degrees C (cold area use), select according to the area and season.
