Dwell Function
The Dwell Function is used to temporarily hold the output frequency at a set reference for a set time.
This function can be used when driving a motor with a heavy starting load. This pause in
acceleration reduces traditionally high starting current. Enable by setting H1-01 ~ 06 to 65.
NOTE: This function should not be used for hoists.
