Oil Temperature Setpoints ( with Liquid Injection)
The liquid injection option adds two additional setpoint to the oil temperature set-
point screen. An example of the optional oil temperature setpoint screen is as fol-
lows.

The compressor will be failed (stopped) when the oil temper-
ature exceeds this value.

OIL TEMP HIGH ALARM
The CCS will report an alarm to the operator when the oil
temperature exceeds this value.

LIQ INJECT CUT-IN
The liquid injection solenoid will be opened when the oil tem-
perature rises above this value

LIQ INJECT CUT-OUT
The liquid injection solenoid will be closed when the oil tem-
perature drops below this value

OIL SUMP CONTROL The temperature at which to maintain the oil in the separator. 50 - 150

LOW ALARM
The CCS will report an alarm to the operator when the oil sum
temperature is below this value.
0 - 180
OIL SUMP
LOW FAILURE
The compressor will be failed (stopped) when the oil sump
temperature is below this value.
