Front End Weights (If Equipped)

The standard frame is equipped with up to 10 weights or 6 weights and a clevis weight. The extended
frame is equipped with up to 16 weights or 12 weights and a clevis weight. Each weight weighs 45 kg
(100 lb), the clevis weight weighs 110kg (243 lb).
Use front end weights as needed to provide effective steering control and front end stability and to achieve
maximum operating efficiency and tractor field performance. See Tractor Weight Distribution on Page 185
of this manual., for recommendations on ballasting procedures.
