Check hitch bolts to 66ft-lbs/90Nm.
•
Check the cable and adjust if necessary.
•
Check brake function and webbing.
• Lubricate and check bushes for excess movement.
•
Torque bolts to 140ft-lbs/190Nm .
•
Grease bushes and check for play.
•
Check torque on suspension hanger bolts (140ft-lbs/190Nm).
• Check retaining chain shackles tight.
•
Inspect and adjust. Check lining thickness and drum wear.
•
Remove, clean and re-lubricate. Inspect for wear and replace if necessary.
• Inspect condition and torque to 92ft-lbs/125Nm (⅟
2
″ studs).
(103ft-lbs/140Nm 14mm studs alloy rims) (148ft-lbs/200Nm 14mm studs
steel rims).
•
Inspect for abnormal wear, damage, and pressure.
•
Check all lights are functioning.
•
Check terminals and voltage at full charge.
• Check condition and correct latch/lock adjustment for correct 30-50%
compression.
•
Check all structural fixing are secure.
• Check all seals on doors and hatches compress 30-50%. All seals are in
serviceable condition and free of damage.
