Wet Bay
The wet bay is the central water management station located on the offside
of your trailer. Housing the
fresh water tank fillers, city water inlet, and grey
tank flush inlet. It provides secure and organized access to essential water
connections, ensuring easy filling, draining, and maintenance.
Wet Bay Components
The wet bay contains the following labeled components:
1. Front Water Tank Fill – Allows filling of the front fresh water tank.
2. Rear Water Tank Fill – Allows filling of the rear fresh water tank.
3. Mains Water Inlet (City Water Connection) – Provides a direct
connection to an external pressurized water source.
Each of these fill points is clearly labeled for convenience and security, with
locking caps to prevent contamination and unauthorized access.
Fresh Water Tanks
Your trailer features multiple fresh water tanks, which
can be selected and isolated to supply the system
individually or in tandem via the
manual selector valves
located
beside the water pump inside the trailer. The
tanks are accessed through
locking water fill ports on the
exterior wet bay.
Filling the Fresh Water Tanks
1. Locate the wet bay on the exterior of the trailer.
2. Identify the front water tank and rear water tank fill points.
3. Unlock the corresponding cap and insert a potable water hose.
4. Fill the tank slowly to prevent airlocks or overflow.
5. Monitor the tank level using the trailer's water level indicator.
6. Securely replace the cap after filling.
Only use potable water in the fresh water system. Regularly sanitize and flush the tanks to prevent
contamination.
Water Pump Operation
The trailer is equipped with a marine diaphragm water pump, designed for self-priming operation and consistent water flow.
When powered, the pump
automatically activates when a faucet is opened, maintaining water pressure throughout the system.
• Supply 12V power to the pump, by switching on the W.PUMP/GAUGE on the
distribution switchboard of the trailer.
• When all faucets are closed and after restoring pressure in the system, the pump
will automatically
shut off.
• If the pump runs continuously when no faucets are open, check for leaks or low
tank levels.
