110-120 Volt Electrical System
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE

120V AC system not
working
Shore power not connected Connect shore power
Inverter not switched on Ensure inverter is powered on
Faulty inverter or GFCI outlet tripped Reset GFCI and check inverter functionality
Faulty automatic transfer switch
Inspect and ensure transfer switch is operating
correctly
CHARGING FROM MAINS POWER
Not charging from
mains power
Breaker has tripped
Reset breaker on the electrical panel and/or at the
Renogy REGO 12V 3000W Inverter-Charger
Charger not turned on
Ensure the inverter-charger is turned on at the
Renogy ONE Core Display
120V AC Isolator Switch is turned OFF
Turn ON isolator switch
AC input not detected
Verify connection to a stable 120V AC power
source, check AC IN LED indicator
Battery in storage mode
Press and hold activation switch or apply external
charge to wake battery
System fault indicated
Check for error codes on the ERR LED or in the
DC Home app
Battery overvoltage shutdown
Ensure battery voltage is within allowable
charging range (6V-15.8V)
Power priority mode set to Battery First
(BAT)
Change AC Output Priority to AC First (AC) to
enable charging from mains
Hybrid mode limiting charge rate
Reduce load demand or adjust AC Priority
settings in the Renogy ONE Core Display

Main rotary switch turned off Turn on main rotary switch
Flat battery Charge battery or check for battery failure
Loose or corroded battery terminals
Inspect and clean battery terminals
Faulty battery management system
(BMS)
Check BMS settings and reset if needed
Tripped mini circuit breaker in the
distribution panel
Locate the tripped breaker and reset it by pressing
the reset button firmly
Blown high-load ANL fuse
Inspect the ANL fuse in the electrical bay and
replace if blown
Faulty wiring connection
Inspect wiring for loose or damaged connections
and secure as needed
Not charging from
mains power
Breaker has tripped
Reset breaker on the electrical panel and/or at the
Renogy REGO 12V 3000W Inverter-Charger
Charger not turned on
Ensure the inverter-charger is turned on at the
Renogy ONE Core Display
120V AC Isolator Switch is turned OFF
Turn ON isolator switch
Not charging from
