2. Allow the unit’s fan to run briefly to cool down internal components.
3. Turn off the Furnace switch at the electrical switchboard panel.
Maintenance
Weekly Checks
• Inspect the exhaust vent and air intake for blockages.
Monthly Maintenance
• Clean the exterior surfaces of the unit with a damp cloth.
• Check gas connections for leaks using a soapy water solution. Do not use open flames.
Annual Servicing
• Have the VarioHeat inspected and serviced by a Truma-certified technician.
