Electrical Systems & Safety
General Electrical Safety
Failure To Follow These Instructions May Result in Death or Serious Injury!
• When working with electrical equipment or lithium battery, have someone nearby in case of an emergency.
• Study and follow all the manufacturer’s specific precautions when using and servicing the battery and connected
appliances.
• Wear eye protection and gloves.
• Keep the unit away from moist or damp areas.
• Avoid dropping any metal tool or object on the battery. Doing so could create a spark or short circuit which goes through
the battery or another electrical tool that may create an explosion.
Shock Hazard! Keep Away from Children
• Avoid moisture. Never expose the unit to snow, water, etc.
• The inverter Unit provides 110Vac, treating the AC output socket the same as regular wall AC sockets at home.
• Read and understand the information in the appliance manuals before operating this equipment
Using Power Leads
When you use power leads, never leave them coiled while in operation, as this can lead to overheating, increasing the risk of fire
or equipment damage. Always lay the lead out in long, straight sections along the ground to ensure proper heat dissipation.
Additionally, make sure the lead is not a trip hazard and is in a serviceable condition to avoid safety risks and ensure reliable
performance.
GFI Safety Switch
The Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) is a critical safety device designed to protect
against leakage currents and prevent electrical hazards. Never bypass or tamper with
this essential protection. For your safety, ensure the GFI is functioning properly by
testing it every six months.
