Checking the Head Gaps at the Four
Corners of the Table

key in LOCAL.
• MAINTENANCE MENU will be displayed.

Press to select the checking
positions.
• RIGHT & REAR, RIGHT & FRONT, LEFT &
FRONT, LEFT & REAR

Press the key.
• The table or carriage moves to the measuring
position.

end the setting.
Checking Ink Landing Displacement
You can check for ink landing displacement from causes
such as the equipment table shaking.

• MAINTENANCE MENU will be displayed.

“DISPLACEMENT” , and press the
key.
• Printing starts.

Press the key several times to
end the setting.
Solve ink overflow and supply error
problems

Press the
(MENU)
(4 times)
key in LOCAL.
• MAINTENANCE MENU will be displayed.

Press to select “Overflow” , and
press the key.

Press to select head.
5
Press the key.
• Maintenance operation starts.

Press the key several times to
end the setting.
Improve the Movement of Hard Cleaning
Please perform this function when the following symptoms
occur.
• An error occurs during hard cleaning.
• Hard cleaning does not end.

key in LOCAL.
• MAINTENANCE MENU will be displayed.

Press to select “Pressure
adjustment", and press the key.

Press the key.

Wait 5 to 15 minutes to finish adjustment
(Press the key to cancel the
adjustment)

Press the key several times to
end the setting.
• Ink landing displacement will result in a striped
pattern.
Check that the table does not shake and that there is
not a large head gap. If there is a large ink landing
displacement, request service to readjust the device.
• Repeat this procedure if you cannot solve the
problem after performing it once.

performing this procedure three times, contact

center.
