CAP CLEANING The cap is not clean.
• Execute the carriage out of the station
maintenance, and clean the cap.
!CHECK LED UV LEVEL
The LED lamp has been used for a certain
period.
• Check illuminance of the LED UV lamp.
If it is lower than the set value, replace
the lamp.
NOT FILLUP The ink bottle has not been filled with ink.
• Fill up ink of the displayed color.
Contact your local distributor, our sales
office, or service center.
NCU CONNECT
The NCU unit is not connected.
The nozzle check function cannot be used.
• Turn off the power on the machine and
turn it on after a while.
If displaying again,contact your local dis-
tributor, our sales office, or service center.
REPLACE NCU
The NCU sensor sensitivity is too low to
correctly judge nozzle missing.
The nozzle check function cannot be used.
• NCU replacement is necessary.
Contact your local distributor, our sales
office, or service center.
REPLACE NCU INK PAD The NCU ink pad is full.
• It is necessary to replace the NCU ink
pad.
Contact your local distributor, our sales
office, or service center.
NCU SENSOR LEVEL LOW The NCU sensor sensitivity is falling.
• Replacement of the NCU is recom-
mended.
Contact your local distributor, our sales
office, or service center.
NCU Sensitivity Error H
Cannot adjust the sensor sensitivity.
NCU Sensitivity Error L
!Ink Circulation System The ink circulation has stopped.
• Move to a screen other than the local
screen, and then return to the local
screen.
• Also, check the remaining amount of ink
inside the ink bottle.
• When displaying again, contact your local
distributor, our sales office, or service
center.
UV MODE OFF
The UV MODE is set to a particular setting.
• Select ON for the setting of the UV
MODE.（ P.3-12）
NO PRINT
CALIBRATION(LOW ADHESION)
SubtankSens
An error is detected in the fluid level sensor
of the sub tank.
• Turn off the power on the machine and
turn it on after a while.
• In case of displaying again, contact your
local distributor, our sales office, or
service center.
InkOverflow Overflow is detected in the sub-tank. • Perform [Overflow] in the [Maintenance]
tab.
• In case of displaying again, contact your
local distributor, our sales office, or
service center.
SUPPLY INK Supplying ink to the sub tank has failed.
WRONG INK BOTTLE
An error occurred in the IC chip information
of the ink bottle.
The used count has exceeded the
prescribed value.
• Replace the ink bottle and the ink IC chip
for the displayed color with new ones.
