1. Position the round bead of the cable (silver) at the
location shown in the illustration.

2. Wind the hook end of the Scanner Drive Cable
two turns counterclockwise from the rear side to
the front.

3. Wind the bead end of the cable four turns clock-
wise from the front to the rear. Then, secure the
cable with tape.
NOTE
• Make sure that no part of the cable rides on the
other.
