4.4.7 External power supply function
Power can be directly supplied from the outside to the CC-Link IE Controller Network module with external power
supply function.
Even if a CPU module power goes down in a network, data link will continue among normally operating stations
without being disrupted at the power-down station. (Loopback does not occur.)
Data link is also continued between more than one station where CPU module power has gone down.

(a) Precautions for operation
If the external power supply of a CC-Link IE Controller Network module with external power supply function is
powered on while a CPU module is off, the CC-Link IE Controller Network module with external power supply
function will not normally operate.
Start operations with both modules on.
