CHAPTER 10 TROUBLESHOOTING
This chapter describes the detection of errors and the error description and corrective action toward error codes.
10.1 Troubleshooting Flow
Error description is explained according to types of errors.
To take corrective action toward errors immediately at the system operation, perform the following tests before system
operation and check that the system operates normally.
• Testing the CC-Link IE Controller Network Module: Page 150, Section 5.4
• Tests for CC-Link IE Controller Network Startup: Page 164, Section 5.6
• Test Before CC-Link IE Controller Network Operation: Page 174, Section 5.7
Error occurrence
RUN LED is OFF.
ERR. LED is ON.
Check error factors with the CC IE Control diagnostics and
take corrective actions according to the troubleshooting section.
MODE LED is OFF or flashing.
D LINK LED is OFF.
D LINK LED is flashing.
Cyclic transmission is disabled.
Transient transmission is disabled.
Data link is disabled in redundant system.
Data link is disabled on station of Basic
model QCPU or safety CPU.
IP communications are disabled (when
the IP packet transfer function is used).
When an error code is identified, check the error details and
take corrective actions.
Stop error has occurred in CPU module.
EXT.PW LED is OFF.
