Specify the send data size of (S2) to (S2)+n.
When the target station is QCPU/RCPU/LCPU: 1 to 960 words
When the target station is QnACPU: 1 to 480 words
When the target station has a QCPU, check the version of the
network module on the target station.
The size of receive data is restricted depending on the version.
