Status message Description
Configuration invalid. Using
previous configuration.
The configuration is invalid. The previous configuration is
used. This message may appear during an upgrade/
downgrade. Check your configuration data and the MICT
version being used. Then download the configuration to
the device once again.
Current sensor of output bank
name failed.
The current sensor of output bank name failed. Restart
the ignition controller. If the error occurs again after
restarting the device, please contact MOTORTECH.
Cylinder individual timing limited
to range timing 1 .. timing 2
The cylinder-individual offset has reached the set limit
(Timing 1 ... Timing 2 (see Timing – Schedule A/B –
General on page 102).
Device started after supply
voltage failure.
The device was started after a failure of the supply
voltage. Please check the power supply of the device
where applicable.
General error number. General error number. Restart the ignition controller. If
the error occurs again after restarting the device, please
contact MOTORTECH.
Global timing x° crankshaft limited
to range y° crankshaft .. z°
crankshaft.
The global timing (x° crankshaft) is located outside the
configured limits (y° crankshaft .. z° crankshaft; see
Timing – Schedule A/B – General on page 102).
Incompatible coil parameters
received, secondary voltage
diagnostics disabled.
Incompatible coil parameters received. The secondary
voltage diagnostics have been disabled. This message
may appear during an upgrade/downgrade. Check your
configuration data and the MICT version being used. Then
download the configuration to the device once again.

The identification of the output board failed due to a
checksum error. Restart the ignition controller. If the error
occurs again after restarting the device, please contact
MOTORTECH.
