Component Auto-Rotate –

Activating this feature allows the MVP Control Module to automatically rotate (at programmable intervals)

any quantity of components within a Chain, in a pre-chosen low to high sequence. This feature can be used

to demonstrate different performance characteristics of a group of like components in product

demonstrations for customers or during sales training. Or activate Auto-Rotate when the System is idle to

attract customer attention and create excitement. (See page 116-117 for operation.)

System Lock-Out –

To protect against unauthorized use or to ensure control of the sales process, the control panel can be

locked by entering a two digit number with the numeric keys and then pressing LO. This number can be

any two digit combination and can be changed at any time. (See page 110-111 for operation.)

NOTE: The Lock-Out feature may be activated while leaving a selected audio/video system playing.

System Inactivity Time –

If desired, the MVP Control Module can be set to automatically clear all entries after 1-99 minutes of

component selection inactivity. This feature will cancel any selections left active on the System, preventing

unwanted audio/video programs from continuing when store personnel are busy elsewhere. The Inactivity

feature is activated by setting a DIP Switch on the back side of the MVP Control Module. (See page 122 for

DIP Switch setting instructions.)

NOTE: If the Lock-Out feature has been activated with a component system playing, Inactivity is disabled.

Memory Backup –

The MVP Control Module has an internal electronic memory backup that will retain all System programming

should a power interruption occur. When power is again restored to the MVP Control Module, any and all

systems stored in memory, Component Auto-Rotate parameters, etc. will be available as previously

programmed.
