SAMPLE SYSTEM DIAGRAMS
The System Diagrams on the following pages illustrate the connections for typical Matrix System MVP
applications. One of the Diagrams should be reasonably similar to the System you have, so you can use it as
a model for making the connections for your display. You may need to look at more than one Diagram to
find the different types of components and other variations that make your System unique.
Each Diagram is prefaced by a list of the Components and signal types found in the System represented in
the Diagram, followed by a short description of the System. Each Diagram illustrates the hookup for only
one component in each Chain; all the other components in the Chain would be hooked up in similar
fashion. Connections are illustrated for audio/video signal and component power on all but one Diagram.
The Logic Diagram, pages 96-98, gives an example of Control Cable connections between the MVP Control
Panel and the Switching Modules.
