3.10 Service Report Printing
You can print out a report that contains machine’s usage and error history.
3.10.1 Printing the service report
1. Press <Menu>, <*>, <0>, <7>.

The seven-sheet report will be printed and the machine returns to the standby mode.
3.10.2 Contents of the service report
The contents of the report Header:
Line Item Detail
Name The registered TTI or the “Customer’s name” registered in the
Consumable Order Sheet.

Date Current date.
Serial No The serial number registered in the Consumable Order Sheet. 2
Cut Tel
(Customer’s telephone
number)
The telephone number registered in the Consumable Order
Sheet.
Installation Date The date the machine was installed (The date set at User install) 3
Day Used / Work Day Days since the machine is installed / Days the machine has
worked.
4 ROM Version The Main ROM version.
5 Optional ROM The ROM version of optional devices. (Detail report only)
The header is common for simple report and detail report.
