5. Intercept Routing
After a call has been directed to its DIL, DID, or CLI destination, the following Intercept Routing features,
if programmed, can redirect the call.
Type Description Details in
No Answer (IRNA) If a called party does not answer a call within a
preprogrammed time period
(Intercept time), the
call is redirected to a preprogrammed destination.

Busy If a called party is already handling another call,
the new call is redirected to a preprogrammed
destination.
DND If a called party is in Do Not Disturb (DND)
mode,
the call is redirected to a preprogrammed
destination.
No Destination If a destination is not assigned, the call is
redirected to an operator.

Description
Redirects an incoming CO line call or intercom call to a preprogrammed destination when the original
destination does not, or cannot, answer the call. There are four types of Intercept Routing, described below.
