Forced Coast Stop
Using the Not Coast Stop mode immediately disables the power stack, causing the load to coast to a stop.
The drive gives priority to the NOT COAST STOP signal. The NOT FAST STOP signal is therefore
ignored while NOT COAST STOP is active.
