AIRBOX SERVICE
REMOVAL
1. Remove the ignition coil and set aside. Refer to
Ignition Coil Service page 4.18.
2. Loosen the intake boot clamps

and disconnect the
intake ducts from the airbox.
3. Remove the push rivet
w
securing the airbox to the
chassis.
4. Remove the two fasteners
e
securing the airbox to
the chassis.
5. Lower the airbox and remove through the wheel arch.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the airbox through the wheel arch and align
with the mounting holes in the chassis.
2. Install the two fasteners
e
to secure the airbox to the
chassis. Torque to specification.
TORQUE
Airbox Fasteners:
44 in-lbs (5 Nm)
ENGINE / COOLING / EXHAUST
