REAR CLOSE-OFF PANEL SERVICE
REMOVAL
1. Remove the Cargo Box.
2. Remove the ECU.
3. Remove the (5) heat shield fasteners

4. Remove the (16) push rivets
w
from the Upper Rear
Close-Off Panel
e
.
5. Remove the (7) fasteners
r
retaining the Lower Rear
Close Off Panel
t
to the ROPS assembly.
6. Remove the Lower Rear Close-Off Panel from the
vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the Lower Rear Close-Off Panel
q
. Push in on
the Rear Close-Off Panel to help align mounting
holes.
2. Install the (7) Lower Rear Close-Off Panel fasteners
w
. DO NOT torque at this time.
3. Install the Upper Rear Close-Off Panel
e
and
fasteners
r
4. After all push rivets are installed torque the Lower
Rear Close-Off Panel Fasteners.
TORQUE
Rear Close Off Panel Fasteners:
42 in-lbs (5 Nm)
