12.Carefully install the LH output hub assembly

the cover plate. Take care not to damage the new
cover plate seal while installing the output hub.
13.Install the output cover assembly

onto the
gearcase housing. Install the seven cover plate
screws
s
and torque to specification.
TORQUE
Front Gearcase Cover Plate Screws:
9 ft-lbs (12 N·m)
FRONT GEARCASE INSTALLATION
1. Install the gearcase between the left-hand upper and
lower control arms into the frame.
2. Install the vent line on the gearcase and ensure it’s
routed properly.
3. Install the propshaft onto the front gearcase.
4. Install new gearcase mounting bolts
q
and torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Front Gearcase Mounting Bolts:
30 ft-lbs (41 Nm)
