If you wish to enter the waypoint coordinates in
Latitude/ Longitude, press themjsoftkey.
If you wish to enter the waypoint coordinates in
Loran-C Time Differences, press them softkey.
If you wish to enter a waypoint position as a
bearing and range from your present position,
press the) BEARING/RANGE 1 softkey.
1. Store WPT by LAT/LON
STORE WAYPOINT BY:
+ LATILON
4 TDS
+ ElEAFlING/RANGE
PRESS MENU TO RETURN
Enter the waypoint Latitude coordinates by typing the numeric value in
degrees, minutes and hundreths of minutes. Press[ENTER(when the Y&Z
and direct&n are OK.
Example: Press 2,7,1,0,1,5,-I.

To change S to N or E to W: Use the A (up)

PRESS MENU TO RETURN
If you are editing or correctin an existing waypoint and the Latitude is
already correct, just press ENTER to advance directly to the Longitude

entry.
Enter the waypoint Longitude coordinates by typing the numeric value.
Begin with a ‘0” if the Longitude is less than 100”. Pressllwhen the
value and direction are displayed correctly. If the indicated direction is
incorrect, press the 1, (up) direction key for ‘v press the v (down)
direction key for “E”.
Example: Press 0,8,2,1,0,2,5,~[. Long. = W 82O 1025
