If Channel 2 is enabled on the VF-15C (in an E1 system), and the starting timeslot is set to 15,
Channel 2 will use timeslot 17. However, NMS incorrectly indicates in the “Connection
View” window and the “Time-Slot Assignment” window, that timeslot 16 is being used. The
“Time-Slot Assignment” window can be accessed through the “Display/Change Node”
window.
