Appendix A:Control overview
The following sections provide a complete overview of all the unit's settings. A
description of the settings has been included where necessary.
Due to the limited space on the unit's display, the names of certain settings
have been abbreviated. For the sake of clarity, these abbreviations are also
used in this manual.
8.1 General settings
<M> Settings / General
Date [dd/mm/yy]
This allows you to set the current date.
Time [hh:mm:ss]
This allows you to set the current time.
Summer time (daylight saving time)
This allows you to set the changeover between summer time (daylight
saving time) and winter time (standard time) to automatic or manual
mode.
l Mar-Sep: Summer time (daylight saving time) from last Sunday
in March to last Sunday in September.
l Mar-Oct: Summer time (daylight saving time) from last Sunday
in March to last Sunday in October.
l No: Winter time (standard time)
l Yes: Summer time (daylight saving time)
Print notifications
l No: No notifications will be printed.
l Yes: All notifications will be printed.
Notifications
l Yes: A notification will appear when a process starts and stops.
l No: No notification will appear when a process starts and stops.
Computer name
Here you enter the name of this computer. This name is shown on
printouts.
