Appendix B:Notifications
This appendix describes the notifications that may be shown.
Due to the limited space on the unit's display, the names of certain settings
have been abbreviated. For the sake of clarity, these abbreviations are also
used in this manual.
Message
Difference between radiation sensors too great
The difference between the values measured by the monitor radiation sensor and the
control radiation sensor is too great.
Check the radiation sensors.
Activation code invalid
The activation code that you have entered is invalid. Please contact Ridder Growing
Solutions.
The system will continue to operate for no more than 30 days without a valid
activation code.
Alarm enabled
This is an alarm generated for testing purposes.
Calc. flow at I min too low
The measured radiation level (I min) is lower than the minimum value of the
calibration curve.
Check the measured radiation level, clean the quartz tube.
Calc. flow at I min too high
The measured radiation level (I min) is higher than the maximum value of the
calibration curve. The flow will remain equal to the value set for 'Maximum I min
flow'.
UV lamps on-time too short
The duration of the disinfection process was too short. Short disinfection durations
increase the frequency with which the lamps switch on and off, reducing the lifespan
of the lamps.
Check the start and stop levels of the tanks.
Module contact restored
The connection with the I/O module has been restored, or an I/O module malfunction
has been resolved.
Module contact lost
The connection with the I/O module has been lost.
Check whether the module is present and receiving power.
Check the I/O bus cable.
