Max. blending ratio increase [%]
This sets the maximum percentage by which the 'Calculated
blending ratio' may be raised as a result of EC control.
EC P-factor
The blending ratio can be influenced by the degree of difference
between the measured EC and the EC setpoint.
EC difference = EC setpoint – measured EC
P-proportion = EC difference x EC P-factor
I-proportion = I-proportion (previous) + EC difference x I-factor
Influence on blending ratio = P-proportion + I-proportion
EC I-factor
The blending ratio can be influenced by the degree of difference
between the measured EC and the EC setpoint.
P-proportion = EC difference x EC P-factor
I-proportion = I-proportion (previous) + EC difference x I-factor
Influence on blending ratio = P-proportion + I-proportion
pH P-factor
This sets the degree to which the control of the pH pump should be
adjusted in order to achieve a calculated pH value during the
disinfection process.
pH difference = pH Setpoint - Measured pH
P-proportion = pH difference x pH P-factor
I-proportion = I-proportion (previous) + pH difference x I-factor
Control value = P-proportion + I-proportion
pH I-factor
This sets the degree to which the control of the pH pump should be
adjusted cumulatively in order to achieve a calculated pH value
during the disinfection process.
pH difference = pH Setpoint - Measured pH
P-proportion = pH difference x pH P-factor
I-proportion = I-proportion (previous) + pH difference x I-factor
Control value = P-proportion + I-proportion
