A3.7.23 Switching the Preamplifier
On or Off
Command syntax:
Code: PA
Parameter: .................... a
Possible entries / replies
0 = switch off (OFF)
1 = switch on (ON)
Example 1:
Inquiry of preamplifier status
Command = rAxxPA??
Æ Reply = rAxxPA0?
The preamplifier is switched off.
Example 2:
Switching the preamplifier on
Command = rAxxPA1?
A3.7.24 Setting the SSB Rx Filter
Mode
Command syntax:
Code: SSBM
Parameter: .................... a
Possible entries / replies
0 = DATA (default)
1 = VOICE
Example 1:
Inquiry of the current filter mode
Command = rAxxSSBM??
Æ Reply = rAxxSSBM0?
The SSB Rx filter mode DATA is set.
Example 2:
Activating the SSB filter mode VOICE.
Command = rAxxSSBM1?

Default Setting
Command syntax:

Possible entries / replies
0 = disable (OFF)
1 = enable (ON)
Example 1:
Inquiry of status for default setting
Command = rAxxDEF??
Æ Reply = rAxxDEF0?
For selection of a new modulation mode the
values for
f Bandwidth,
f Control type and time,
f BFO frequency,
f Frequency deviation and offset,
f Baud rate,
f Signal polarity and for
f Demodulation
stored last for this mode are automatically set.
Example 2:
Enabling the default setting
Command = rAxxDEF1?
For selection of a new modulation mode the
appropriate default values (see A3.7.23.1) are
automatically set.
