Use a USB 3.0 compatible cable only if the USB slot on your computer is also
compatible with USB 3.0. Otherwise, use a USB 2.0 cable. If problems occur
when using a USB 3.0 connection with external USB data carriers, check
whether the problem also occurs when using a USB 2.0 cable.
