7 ROWE Cost Control
By means of the ROWE Cost Control software module all scan / print and – if applicable –
folding operations can be collected and evaluated so that a precise breakdown of the
accruing costs is possible. As an option, an extensive user and account management is
possible which allows the preparation of precise accounting and a limitation of use of the
device if required.
Two ROWE Cost Control versions are available: The standard version in which all relevant
data of a scanning, printing and/or folding operations are recorded and provided in a
table in ROWE ConfigManager for evaluation (see Chapter 7.2).
The ROWE Cost Control Professional version provides a clearly more extensive scope of
functions in which a comprehensive user and cost account management is included
allowing precise breakdown and accounting of the costs caused by use of the device.
Moreover, use of devices by user and cost account can be limited by setting limits.
