circlip installer P/N 290 877 016.
1. Circlip installer
– Remove pusher from tool then insert circlip into
its bore.
– Reinstall pusher into tool and push until circlip
comes in end of tool.
– Position end of tool against piston pin opening.
– Firmly hold piston against tool and push tool
pusher to insert circlip into its groove.

stall on piston ring compressor P/N 290 876 979.
1. Slide this edge
NOTE:
Ring compressor will not fit on oversize
parts.
Make sure to align ring end gap with piston locat-
ing pin. Slide tool over rings.

Always wear safety glasses when installing
piston circlips.
