1. Amount of correction (X2-X1, Y2-Y1) specified by measurement 0 (positional deviation
measurement)
2. Measuring a point using measurement 1
- If the first point is X, only the X position will be corrected. Likewise, if the first point is Y, only
the Y position will be corrected.
