Perform the following steps to replace the plunger seal and backup ring.
The plunger seal and the backup ring are installed inside the pump head. Use the
provided seal installer/remover to remove them.
Do NOT drop the seal installer/remover when using it.
Seal installer/remover may be damaged.
1 Wipe off the threaded tip on the
metal part (a) of the seal
installer/remover (A) with a
wiping paper soaked in
2-propanol.

With the metal part (a) of the
seal installer/remover (A) facing
downward, insert the seal
installer/remover (A) vertically
into the backup ring (B).

Turn the seal installer/remover (A)
180 degrees to 360 degrees
clockwise.
